Agreed, definitely not "fairly nice" condition. Did you contact him before
leaving negative feedback? I would have hoped that someone would return a
purchase that was significantly different from the description.

On the bright side: that Dow Key relay on the back is worth more than you
paid for the radio. If you sell that and part out the Seneca you will have
recouped both what you paid and the shipping costs.
