[Boatanchors] Heath SB 610 fix

Thanks to everyone who responded with great novel idea's and suggestions. George K8BRW had the Heathkit SB-610 "IF" frequency parts sitting in his garage waiting for somebody to come along who needed them.
As soon as they arrive and are installed the SB-610 will be connected to the 2nd IF of the NC-300 for watching those beautiful AM envelopes on 75 meters.
