[Boatanchors] Viking two modulator set-up question

Hi:
I was working on a Viking 2 a couple of weeks ago.
I noticed that in the AM mode the modulator current on multimeter reads a significant amount of current with no audio and regardless of where the mic gain is set.
Do I need to re-set the bias on the modulator tubes.  If I do what should  the bias voltage measure at the grids of the modulator tubes?
Is 0ma the correct value?
