It is indeed a very good book, Robert. I have a spare copy somewhere
and they show up online regularly for $15-$25 (I saw one for $50
once), so I'd agree with you on the reprinting idea: save yourself the
hassle and expense.

It's a wealth of information and very detailed on the sets you
mentioned, well worth having around. I bet you're glad you had it
shipped!
