Hi Joe,
I restored a(n) HRO-60 for a friend a few years ago. It's an easy radio to work on, be sure to replace all of the ceramic looking tubular caps as well, a few of them were actually shorted in the one I did. It's a good idea to check resistors for out of tolerance failures, I found a couple more than 50% out of spec. You'll need a long alignment tool as well. I fashioned one from a dowell and a small piece of brass. It's 10 inches long and makes alignment much easier. Good Luck, 73's Ross
