Well,

Unfortunately many piles of stuff are loaded with goodies.
Too many "typical hams" only look at what they can use.

Us in the profession of industrial electronics and repair work
see it differently.   Just in 2-3 pages of the pictures I could 
see about $2500+ value in new parts and much more if could
see values of large oil capacitors.  Not even counting all the
"boatanchor gear".

Broadcast stations do not blink an eye for a $300 oil filled 
cap if it gets them back on the air, try ordering from Gates 
or Continental Electronics at 4AM. Or a relay for a grain 
elevator, just had farmer tell me cost him $425 for an elevator
leg control relay!  I had one in back room got at flea market,
probably a buck or two.

Just my observations.
