Somebody is looking to grab the lot and probably parcel it out over time in 
individual eBay auctions.  I know a couple of flea marketers that would go 
gaga over all that junk.  Other than what appears to be an unbuilt Heathkit, 
most should probably be hauled to the scrap iron yard.  Lot's of PCB's in 
them there oil filled caps too!
