I recently bought a Luxo magnifying lamp at a hamfest for $8.00 in like new 
condition. I have also purchased several Luxo incandescent lamps for $5.00 
each. All were in excellent condition.  By the way, Luxo has several different 
strength lenses that are available for their fluorescent lamps. I have also seen 
similar lamps at garage sales and conventional flea markets for about the same 
prices.  Also, check out Craigslist.com for your area. 

Note: Craigslist is not an auction site and I have no connection with them 
other than having bought and sold several items. Someone recently had a 75A-4 
advertised in the DC area.
