[Boatanchors] bench lighting?

Harbor freight has an inspection type system for under $10.
It has the round magnifying glass and lamp plus articulating arm. Clamps to 
the work bench.  Made in China.
Way better than nothing but not as good as the pricier ones.
You can't fix what you can't see.
