[Boatanchors] bench lighting?

While learning how to work on boatanchors, it seems I am unsatisfied with the lighting on my bench which is currently supplied by a simple flexible neck desk lamp.  Sees there is never a good place to put it and wherever I do put it, my head seems to cast a shadow right where I need the light.

So I've decided to get a better light. I have located the following and was wondering if anyone out in BA land would caution against this model/type or would recommend something better.
