[Boatanchors] bulkhead panel?

.625 for either SO or N bulkheads holes. I wouldn't waste the money to
anodize. What's the thought of tieing all the shields together at this
panel? Why would you care? The panel is being used as mount for
connectors. You could use wood or plastic.
