[Boatanchors] Need SB-220 Bandswitch

I have had epoxy melt, catch fire and explode in RF tank circuits due to RF
heating. Chances are any repair you make will become a conductive path and
eventually cause catastrophic failure.

I would talk to Multi-tech to see what it costs for a new heavier duty
bandswitch. They are all custom made to order. It wouldn't hurt to ask
what it costs. A model 80 might fit, but check the dimensions and clearance
first.

See http://www.multi-tech-industries.com/rotary_switches.htm
