[Boatanchors] Need SB-220 Bandswitch

Hello,

Does anyone know where to get a bandswitch for a Heathkit SB-220 ??

I actually only need the wafer for the input circuits,which has broken 
apart.

If all fails,does anyone have a fix ,or has ever tried to glue the ceramic 
wafer back together with ;;Crazy Glue''???  I hesitate to attempt it,there 
is a lot of work involved and may not work..
