[Boatanchors] SX-42 Braided Caps

A couple of weeks ago, I picked up a beat-up, non-working SX-42. It's going to be
a real project. I'm sure I will be bombarding this group with questions because
you guys are the source for information.

My first questions deals with the caps in the RF deck. Two appear to be standard
paper caps with a braided ground lead. Since every cap in this set is leaking
badly, I presume these braided caps are bad, too. What should I replace them
with? Any problem with dropping in Orange Drops?
