[Boatanchors] vhf-1 pARTS NEEDED

I am in the process of getting my VHF-1; back on the air after it has been 
sitting on a shelf for over 20 years.
When I opened it up, I remembered that I had disconnected the linkage for 6 
meter operation cuz I didn't think that I would ever get on 6! Of course, I 
can not find the linkage piece.
Well, you guessed it: I want to get on 6.
Also, I need the off-cw-standby-phone switch/knob and a copy of the manual, 
which I also can not find (Sounds like a typical old fart, huh?).
Can anyone out there help this old fart?
