Most of the calling on 10 metres is 29.000 to 29.050 depending on activity. 
If no one is on, the 29.000 is the standard, if it is occupied, then 
stations move up in 5 or 10 Kc increments to call.

There are some guys who have a schedule that operate near 28.960 but the 
band has not been cooperating for them and they have moved to 15 metres.
