[Boatanchors] Nostalgia Question

Back in my old Novice days and early General days,
roughly mid '65 on, 3710 was one of my crystals.

There was some kind of teletype station on about 3712
or so, that was weakly audible in the night time hours.
Never strong enough to cause interference, but almost
always there. I came to think of it as a marker, or
a landmark in a familiar neighborhood.

Anyone else remember hearing it, or know the who, what
or where?
