[Boatanchors] T-195 power supplies

Dave,
I'm not familiar with the Astron supplies, but when I ran a T-195,  I used a 
BIG  24VDC 50AMP (nominal) surplus power supply.
It was heavier than the T-195 and I remember it with a simple choke input 
filter.  Voltage drop was minimal.
I don't know how a regulated supply will react to the starting current surge 
and spikes from the dynamotors.
