[Boatanchors] RME 45 Tuning

My SAMS Photofact only shows one dial tuning knob. I
was under the impression that the RME 45 had TWO
tuning knobs one knob for fast tuning and one for slow
tuning.

Can someone clear this up for me and tell me if some
had one dial tuning knob and some had two dial tuning
knobs?  Thanks for reading and sharing your knowlege.
