[Boatanchors] RAL-7 at Dayton

I'll have my working RAL-7 with PS at Dayton. A few changes here means
downsizing and it's too bulky to ship, so it will be available at flea spot
2819.  Works great and it's in good shape. I originally purchased this radio
to determine how the RAL-7 stacks up with regens I have owned and built and
it is the best I have ever heard.  Inquires welcome.
