Went to a hamfest this weekend and purchased the year of 1963 QST mag. 
Since I'm a `63, I figured I'd start there.  Great stuff!  It's very 
interesting to read what was current then (those horrid transistor 
things and silicon rectifiers were appearing), plus I found the articles 
interesting and very common-sense.

The prices on some of the new BA's were shocking for that time, I'd guess.

As an added bonus, I got that lovely mold smell!


Great reading.  Highly recommended.  Nice beat - you can dance to it.
I'd give it an 8.5

Now I just have to watch myself, being a `collector' (or packrat, as our 
wives say).
