[Boatanchors] Heathkit HO-10 Sweep (???) Problem

Every HO-10 that I've owned or seen in action, has had a wavy horizontal
line even with no input. Shielding of the cathode ray tube will sometimes
reduce it, and even some component reorientation will help, but I've
never seen it completely eliminated. And, I still have the one I built,
and the wavy horizontal line was there from first turn-on.
