Cleaning out so I can function in this  500 sq ft  cubicle . Found this IN or OUT of CIRCUIT  TRansistor and FET Tester.   Not a clue how it works .  Hey, I  am a hollow state guy .  It lights up and the meter movement is OK. Two small pushbuttons are mssing their caps but they are functional. No leads so am unable to test it. Measures Gm , Beta , leakage , gain , NPN , PNP  , N-channel  , P-channel , etc.
