     Helo Glen,
I for one would like to "Thank You " for going to the effort to repost this 
site so other people could have the use of all the Information that is to be 
had there !!  I tried the URL and found a manual there I have been looking 
for. Glen, You know what they say, "You can make some of the people Happy 
some of the Time but you cain't make all of the people Happy all of the 
Time" !!
  I think you should "ignore the sour grapes" and be happy knowing you did
