[Boatanchors] Headset impedance adapter

OK, Anchorites, how about this?

I have a Headset adapter MC-385B, High to Low Impedance.

It says for use with Headset HS-33 or HS-38.  It looks like UTC brand.

So, how low is low?  What Z are those two headsets?  What is high?
