[Boatanchors] Testing a BA PS?

I need to be sure the power transformer in my
Gonset 3201 is good.

I do not want to mess with the HV at the moment
and need to just do a quick check.

If the 6DQ6A modulator tubes glow is that good
enough to indicate that the power transformer
is OK?
