Hi John,

If you do it right, you will never have weights dangling from the trees. 
Never attempt to pull the line back with the weight attached. If it is not where 
you wantg it, disconnect the weight and reel the line back in, then rfeattach 
the weight and try again. If the weight does not come down to where you can 
reach it, pujll the line back very slowly and let it drop again. A weight that 
lodges against something in the tree will generally come loose and fall to the 
ground. If you attampt to pull it back fast, ikt will almost always wrap the 
line around a branch  leaving you with a tree ornament and a lot less line.
