[Boatanchors] Who was W1CSC & Mic Info

Picked up this cool mic on eBay (no not form radiomart) and wonder who W1CSC
was. From the look of the mic I am presuming the person was a ham in the
30s. Anyone have an older callbook that can help me out? See pic at

Any info on the mic would be appreciated too. Someone must of advertised
those stands. I cannot tread the entire name on the element  Life -11 (?)
but it does say Toledo on it
