that is true. i had up a 90 ft rohn 25 tiltover in 4 yards of 
concrete with a 40 mt beam on top. we had a storm that had 80+ winds 
broke the guys on one side and put the tower at a 50 deg angle did 
not bend the tower but pulled the concrete base out of the ground on 
one side.  did lose a 60 ft crank up with 3 mono banders on it when 
hit by a twister in 1974 here in ky. xyl pulled into the drive just 
in time to see the back tower become airborne she side it started 
windmilling and went up about 40 ft and fell over hi hi..
