[Boatanchors] Anyone remember Tubesters?

Howard Sartrori i think it was from Texas? I bought a set for my Drake
R-4B back in the mid 70's. Receiver never worked. MOre required than
just those. I think you had to do an audio module infusion with one of
the sand state audio chips which name no longer resides in my memory
back. Big mistake on my part as the R-4B was a really good receiver as
it was. Think they ran 70 or $80 bux for set to replace the tubes that
it would replace and they didn't do all tubes.
