[Boatanchors] PTT mod for DX-60

[Rbethman]

Here it is folks,

WC3K, Bill, (Uncle Bill to those that knew him.), Breshear developed 
this PTT mod for use by KA3STN.

Bill dated this April, 13, 2001, within 30 days of him becoming an SK.
Also noted on the schematic is the modulation limiting mod that is on 
the AM Window site.

THIS IS ATTRIBUTED TO WC3K, BILL BRESHEAR!
