Thanks, Pete.  More likely I'm once again day-short/dollar-late.  Or 
something.  Too bad; his prices were often better than the folks in AZ 
and MO and some others.  Sigh.

I think I'm aware of most of them but recommendations of favorite 
sources with reasonable prices are welcome.
