Digikey sells Ohmite-brand carbon 1/2W carbon resistors. One at a time
even. Fifty-four cents each.
That said, whenever I've done a restoration I always put in metal films
for burnt/damaged/out-of-spec resistors. Yeah, I know, they have this
inductive spiral yadda-yadda etc. They work just fine for me in RF
circuits, and they never go up by a couple hundred percent in resistance
just because you looked at them funny :-).

Mouser is a good place for these, they have both Sprague brand and
their no-name stuff. Note that for all practical purposes 0.0047uF is
the same as 0.005uF and 470pF is the same as 0.0005, and you will
also note that in some lines Mouser has both 0.0047 and 0.005.
0.0047 is the standard E6 logarithmic scale of today, and for a bypass
cap it makes no difference.
Tim.
