Postal rates went up approx. 5.1%.
First Class 37¢ X 1.051 = 39¢
Priority Mail $3.85 X 1.051 = $4.05

Waiting lines got longer cause everyone was there buying 2¢ stamps to use
up their 37¢ stamps.
Postage rates might also go up sometime next year too.
