[Boatanchors] WJ-8716 newbie questions

The firmware could well be for the Harris RF-590 which has loads of micros (at
least 3) and is very complicated to remote (dependent on 590 or -A or -H).

The advantage, AFAIK, of the W-J is that they are built of mostly pretty
standard parts of the day and are not loaded with custom and ASIC like newer
high end radios. They are generally very well built stuff and are repairable.
The P Rx list has a site where anyone can D/L manuals, last seen.
