[Boatanchors] Cleaning rotary switch contacts

Hi,

There are various "contact cleaners" that don't contain any lubricants.
Some are available at your local auto parts store.

HOWEVER! My experience in using these (worked in a TV shop repairing stereo
gear for a number of years) indicates that controls and switches "turn
noisy" shortly after using them, there is a reason that lubricant is in
there! Some of the best "tuner cleaners" use a silicon lube. Also, some of
the BEST products from the past are no longer available as they weren't
considered "ozone safe" by the tree huggers.
