My guess is that a current carrying capacity of 0.25 Ma is almost totally useless for mere mortals. 
My oh my, 0.25 Ma is like a quarter of a Meg amp, say 250,000 Amp.
Perhaps the decimal place [and the multiplier] got misplaced.
