[Boatanchors] T-47 ART-13

I found an ART-13 in the attic of a house I recently acquired. It is untested 
but the transmitter appears complete with all tube installed. It also has the 
low frequency oscillator installed. The panel appears clean with all knobs in 
good shape. I also have the dynamotor, complete with base, and what I think 
is another similar base. Also connecting cable, female end complete with 
twistlock, male end with phenolic aligning the pins and tape insulating the wires, 
no twistlock. I am not involved in radio, at all, and would like to get some 
idea of value before offering this unit for sale. While price is certainly 
important, it is not the only consideration. I would like to get, what I think is a 
collector's item, in the hands of someone who would truly appreciate it. I
