[Boatanchors] Wanted: Manual for Radio City Products Model 657A VTVM Capacity Meter

The subject line says it all. This is a VTVM/ capacity meter with a huge 
easy to read meter. Still has a 1963 cal sticker on it from the 
Astronautics group at Convair. Weren't they in San Diego?

Any help would be appreciated.
