Depends on how the AC supply is constructed.

However, any indications on the meter are going to be
for INPUT and NOT output power.

The 4X150 has a plate dissipation of 150 watts.  At
300 watts input and dissipating 150 watts the tube
would have an efficiency of 50% and would put out 150
watts. It depends on how the amplifier is constructed,
the operating voltages, etc., as to how efficient the
amplifier is going to be.  However, 50% at VHF is
definitely not bad.
