300 watts input for 90 watts to 120 watts output isn't
that far off.  Remember the 903A has 200 watts output
for 500 watts input.

Again, as has been pointed out several times, all of
the amplifiers made during that time frame were rated
in terms of input power and NOT output power like
today.
