I have found that the Black/Decker "workmate" adjustable table is very good 
for BA work. Enables you to get all around the BA without having to grunt 
trying to turn it on the bench.  Only thing better would be a workmate with 
"carousel" table.

(Let me qualify the above by saying mine is an original, not one of B/D's 
current cheap Chinese types)
