Good grief!

What sort of international standard would allow capitalization or the 
lack of it to mean that much?

And here I always thought the "milli" kind had a thousand legs and might 
bite while the "centa" kind just made a crunching sound (if unfortunate).

I believe I'll just buy a VFO.
