He may be taking a fall (well deserved), but I'll bet he will landing on a
very large and very cushy cushion of money.

RS has become mostly an historical footnote anyway, and isn't much more than
just another cell phone kiosk that also sells batteries .. Oh, and R/C cars
at Christmas.
