from my experience, their motto is more like ....  "you've got 
questions; figure it out yourself unless it's a big sale and commission 
for me"
walk in for just a 259 or some other small item and it's like you dont 
exist ...  but if youre buying a hundred dollar item or more, then 
theyre falling all over you.....
