[Boatanchors] Re QCWA Membership

This subject came up but was never acted upon and that data is not sold
at all...The QCWA is a fine organization that does a great deal of good
especially for the students it sponsors... I have been a member for
years
And enjoy the organization.

I was a Life Member of QCWA until a couple years ago when their Board of
Directors voted to SELL the membership information to a bulk email
(meaning SPAM) company. When I confronted them with this, the President
admitted it, so I demanded my data be expunged from their database. I
would not recommend them.
