[Boatanchors] FCC matters...

Ray,

Just the same, You will never succeed if you never try. So you go for it 
knowing that some will be ignored, but it only takes one to the right person 
to accomplish much! I would rather fail knowing that I tried, then to simply 
accept defeat because nobody cares.
