[Boatanchors] FCC matters...

Suggestion:

Physical space occupied is far more apt to get the attention of the person,
or persons, desired than invisible electronic mail. Real mail lies on the
desk and is obvious, a mailbag full is on the fllor, the wastebasket is
overflowing with it! But electronic mail is not there unless the computer is
on.

While there is nothing wrong with electronic mail, it simply does not carry
the weight of the real thing. This is not my opinion, but what I have been
told by the staff of Congressmen, Senators, business management, government
officials etc.

If it occupies time, preferably 'their time', and space, such as their desk,
it will be noticed.

A worthy cause is worth the time, minimal effort an a $.39 postage stamp So
send both.
