[Boatanchors] Replacing caps in SX-101A

I've been using my 101A as a daily driver since I got it in 1999.
Still has the original caps, but the radio works great.

Recently when I plugged in the unit it's been popping the 1/4 A fuse
for the oscillator that's always on when the unit is plugged in.

Well, I figured it's time to do a complete recap; been putting it off for years.

So, I yanked out the first 4 caps -- 3 "Tiny Chiefs" and 1 BB cap.
2 out of the 4 fail the leakage test.  The BB was rated for 600V and
crapped out at 200V !!

Yeeshh....  should've done the caps sooner......
