Ray: I have one, but do not have a manual. Mine is an MFJ-962 plain. No
letter suffix. It says on the front that it is the 1.5KW series. In the
manuals you found, be sure to read all the qualifications MFJ puts on the
power rating. It is definitely the high power version, and the Wattmeter
full scale is 2 KW. Uses a tapped coil, not a roller inductor. I like it
better than the MFJ-989B with the roller inductor because the roller keeps
going intermittent. Hope this helps.--Mike, WV2ZOW

I meant the MFJ 962 tuner.. The "plain" 962. Not the B C D or other
letter model. Is it a 300 watt or 1 KW tuner??
Can't find a manual anywhere online. ALso referred to as a VersaTuner III.
